Short-Term Therapy Groups

Clients may choose to participate in group therapy sessions as a complement or an alternative to individual therapy. In group therapy sessions, professional counselors conduct educational, therapeutic groups designed to facilitate the healing process and to provide tools for living a healthy, balanced life.

Groups are scheduled periodically based on need/interest of our clients and schedules of the therapists.  If you are interested in participating in a group on a topic not listed, please call the intake coordinator.
